great location large rooms good water pressure slow communication underwhelming dining hit miss service
the hotel has a great location. the rooms are large with all amenities including a hair dryer and flat iron. i found the shower had good water pressure.
the service from the staff was hit and miss. arranging spa treatments through the whatsapp number was slow. i found the bar and casual dining underwhelming.

mixed feelings about this stay
outdated decor rude staff
the hotel location was acceptable for exploring the area.
The room i stayed in seemed outdated. the decor and fittings could use some refreshing, it was like it needed a little tlc. also. some of the staff were not very friendly. They were quite rude and not apologetic, and it did not feel like five-star service. I found this quite disappointing.

mixed experience at a historic building
dark room sewage smell
The room i occupied felt quite dark, despite the building's beauty. a tiny slit served as a window, a bit depressing. the lack of natural light. also, i noticed a sewage smell in the bathroom each morning. the smell worsened throughout my stay. I informed reception, but the issue remained unresolved.

a palace of perfect moments
premium toiletries king size bed restful sleep attentive staff
the hotel was like a dream i never wanted to wake from i awoke each morning to a room bathed in gentle light i found premium toiletries and a high-end hairdryer to be nice touches the king size bed was like a cloud, each night brought a deep restful sleep i treasured. the staff were attentive ready to assist with any request i appreciated how clean it was too.
the plunge pool on the roof was small it was still pretty but not ideal for a proper swim

breakfast featured generous portions and a great selection the hotel restaurant presented excellent meals i savored each bite i took and the bar service was prompt. the courtyard was also available for dining under the stars

the hotel had a good location with main attractions within a short distance it was only a brief stroll to notable sights and it was a short walk to the shopping areas. several good nearby restaurants offered additional dining options.
